Amy Mitchell has been in practice for over two decades. Her wisdom in practice along with her vitality for life are *felt* in each treatment.

She is the mama of two incredible teenagers and lives up in the mountains in Nevada city. She brings the magic of the mountains down to us every week.

What Amy is…

Watching: The birds, the hawks and the trees in the Sierras.

Listening: The Telepathy Tapes podcast second season especially the piece on Plant Intelligence and the one on Animal Telepathy - definitely listen to the end to hear the story about the elephants! 

Reading: My latest favorite novel was given to me by Lauren - The Madonna Secret by Sophie Strand - explores the young life of Mary Magdalene. It's a sweeping epic with so many juicy gems and insights.

What she’s into right now:

I’m really into story and dreams right now and am hosting storytelling evenings. Cozying up around the fire to hear a long story is my ideal!

I’m cooking up a trip back to Moorea where I went this fall to swim with the humpback whales. And I’m so deeply in love with Mexico especially the Pacific Coast in Nayarit.
